Flying Yoga Kids

During this one hour session a prep time of 15 minute is included. Each child will be assigned to their own hammock. There is a great increase in body awareness. Benefits for children are enhanced concentration, flexibility, advanced coordination while having lots of fun! Kids Flying Yoga Camp promotes better balance, boosts confidence and offers a sense of courage and strength. And all kids will develop new friendships!


Kids will spend equal time in the Flying Yoga Tissue and on the floor, focus on cooperative yoga games and stories, meditation

and breath work and most importantly all kids have fun soaring in the air.

A great way to practice Flying Yoga with your friends and likeminded students. This course activates the energy for confidence, strengthens the back for a healthy spine, and offers the choice to recognise the beauty within! Learn to cultivate spatial awareness and how to support insight and understanding for your needs and emotions.


This class is all about reducing stress and gaining strength and flexibility, with fun, flowing sequences to warm up the body, followed by a restorative flow. There will also be breath work, relaxation techniques and short meditations. 


Mindfulness is all about living fully in the present moment, without judgment, and with an attitude of kindness and curiosity.
